Location: 1204 US HWY 21 S, Unit A Sparta, NC 28675

1:1 Personal Training

Book either a half hour, 45-minute, or an hour one-on-one training session.  Training sessions will include a variety of body weight workouts, mixed with boxing drills and circuit workouts.  The majority of the sessions will be focused around boxing drills. 


New clients are recommended to book at least 45-minutes to a full hour, for an introduction to the basics of boxing in order to help assist in their personal fitness goals.
